|Haley Stone, Owner
Haley Struxness is the Founder of the WERQ Fitness brand. With a background in hip hop, sports, group fitness, and personal training, Struxness exudes positive power and passion to create an energetic buzz in her fitness classes. Her career in fitness began in 2004 as a Group Fitness Instructor at the University of Missouri, where she attended college. Upon moving to Chicago, Haley took on leadership roles in boutique and large gyms, managing over 140 group fitness classes per week. After an influx of followers on her YouTube dance fitness channel, Haley launched WERQ in 2011. Struxness, along with WERQ, has been featured in IDEA Fitness Journal, Health Magazine, SELF Magazine, and InStyle Magazine. Currently, Haley works as the CEO of WERQ Fitness in Kansas City where she lives with her two girls.
|Kati Weber, Chief Operating Officer
Kati Weber has lived and worked in the Chicago-land area since 2002 in social work agencies and with children, and has had dance in her life since she was four! Kati’s educational background is in Organizational Communication and Spanish, and in her free time she works with high school speech teams, runs, loves theater and traveling to new places, and has fun going on adventures with her two awesome daughters. Kati is Team Hip-Hop all the way, and is a proud WERQaholic!
|Karen Osborne, WERQforce Community Manager
Former elementary school teacher Karen Osborne brings 25 years of fitness experience — including dozens of formats, a specialty in advanced step, and a decade as a Group Fitness Coordinator — to her roles as WERQ Instructor, Master Trainer, and HQ’s WERQforce Community Manager. Her passions for both education and fitness go together like pop and hip hop! When she’s not mapping choreography or helping WERQforce members navigate #WERQinstructor life, catch Karen searching for another pair of her fav gym shoes and hanging at home in Bloomington, IL with her party of 6.
