Hi there! I am a seasoned WERQ instructor who is drawn to high-energy music and easy to follow choreography. My dance background is in Ballet, Jazz, and Ballroom styles, and I transitioned to fitness instruction 8 years ago! My fun fact is that I have medical background (I'm a dermatologist!), so my first priority is always keeping my participants safe and my workouts efficient.
