It took one WERQ class for Mercedes to know she'd found pure joy. In addition to being a certified WERQaholic, Mercedes is a Feldenkrais Method Practitioner, martial artist, non-profit fundraiser, and brain-body health hobbyist. She hopes you'll come get down with her - all are welcome to come have fun and do what feels good.
