I began my fitness career in 2011. My first experience with WERQ was attending a master class at a training my supervisor was going to. I was hooked immediately and new I had to get certified. The WERQ format is awesome and achievable for anyone. I strive to make my classes fun for everyone and burn some major calories along the way. From the familiar top charting music to the fresh and fitting choreography, WERQ is my number one fitness choice!
