I stepped in to my first WERQ class in 2017. I went from stumbling in the back, to a front row diva, to instructor and have never looked back! As a fitness instructor for over 15 years, this is by far the happiest I have been and I hope that shows in my classes. WERQ provides a non-judgmental safe space to just let go, gives back to the community in BIG ways, and provides the support and FUN that makes you want more! This fills my cup so much, and I was excited to step into the role of a WERQ brand Rep in Jan '22 and then as a Senior Rep in '25! The addiction is no joke. Come check it out and see for yourself.
